Luminous Home Services is a residential exterior cleaning company based in Houston, Texas. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us or book a service, what we do with it, and what control you have over it. If anything here is unclear, call us and ask.
Information you give us
When you fill out the quote form, call, text or email us, we collect what you send. That typically includes:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The service address and details about the property, such as home size, stories and gate codes you choose to share
- The services you are interested in and any notes you add
- Records of our communication with you, including texts, emails and call notes
- Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages people actually read.

- To schedule, perform and follow up on your service
- To take payment and keep our own records

Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your quote, your appointment and your service, including by text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop messages that are necessary to complete a job you booked, such as an arrival window confirmation.
We do not share your phone number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
We share only what is needed to run the business, and only with companies that work on our behalf. That includes our form and email provider, our scheduling and invoicing software, our payment processor, and our website host. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our crew or someone's safety.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not sell your details to other contractors as sales leads.
Photos of completed work
We often photograph the work we do and may use those photos on our website and social media. Photos show the property, never your name, your street address or anyone inside the home. If you would rather we did not photograph your property, tell the crew or send us a message and we will note it on your account.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to load pages and remember basic settings. If we later add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page before turning them on.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and after that for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. Quote requests that never turn into a job are cleared out periodically.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information, unless we are required to keep it
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or texts by replying STOP

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections on this website and limiting access to customer records to people who need it. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise that a transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this page as the business changes. The date at the top always shows the current version.
